The breakfast was a tasty start with perfectly fried eggs and delectable Spanish bacon. Plus, I adored waking up to stunning sunrises every morning. The air con was a lifesaver in that heat!

The beds were a bit creaky and the bathroom could use a refresh, but honestly, it didn’t steal the spotlight from the overall experience.

the walls in this hotel are paper thin, I could hear my neighbors karaoke at 2 am, how charming! And don't get me started on the outdated bed. it felt like sleeping on a trampoline from a youth hostel. i expected at least some complimentary snacks or a drink after such an awful stay, but alas! just couldn’t!

Enjoyed my stay at Don Miguel as a base for work. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which contributed to a comfortable experience. Staff members demonstrated exceptional professionalism, ensuring that my needs were met at all times. The air conditioning was effective, especially during the hot days, and the location had great bus connections for commuting to the city and airport.

The restaurant service could be improved regarding drink availability during dinner.

Rooms are super clean, and we loved the vibe by the pool. Perfect for chilling with the younger crowd. brekkie was decent enough for what we needed!

But flip, the noise at night from other guests was a bit much. Had to bring out the earplugs!

The staff were incredibly nice, particularly the reception team who were professional and attentive. The air conditioning was excellent, keeping the room icy cold during those hot 35-degree days. I appreciated the cleanliness of the pool area and the entire hotel, which is clearly well-maintained. the mountain view from our balcony was a delightful way to start the day.

staying here was fantastic as it served as a perfect base for exploring Palma with easy access to nearby attractions like the Palma Aquarium, just a pleasant 2 km stroll away, and the beautiful Playa de s'Arenal beach, which was only about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, truly enhancing my weekend adventure.
